H-FLUX

The H-FLUX series of control valves includes the Series 500 (reduced bore) and Series 600 (full bore), both based on a flow-initiated globe valve design and rated for PN 40 pressure class. Made of ductile iron and steel, with stainless steel internal components, these piston-operated valves offer a wide range of configurations through the integration of control circuits, pilot systems, and interchangeable accessories, depending on the required function. They are ideal for high-pressure systems up to 40 bar, with primary applications in pressure reduction and pressure sustaining.

• Maximum inlet pressure: up to 40 bar
• Minimum operating pressure: 0.7 bar
• Maximum treated water temperature: 70°C
• Nominal sizes DN full bore: flanged version 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 150
• Nominal sizes DN reduced bore: flanged version 80, 100, 125, 150, 200
• Connections: PN 40 according to EN 1092-2 and class 300 according to ASME B16.5
• Range of downstream pressure Wd: from 0.7 to 15 bar (depending on the configuration and pilot circuit)
