Indications for separate waste collection following Legislative D. lgs 116/20
The circular economy represents an opportunity for companies to improve resource productivity and, at the same time, help preserve the planet. Pietro Fiorentini’s commitment in this direction is reflected on the development of new eco-sustainable products and the attention to the issues of management and recovery of the generated waste. Also concerning the use of packaging, the Group is committed to promoting the principles of the circular economy and, in compliance with D.lgs 116/20, will undertake to provide customers with indications for the proper disposal of their packaging.
D.lgs 116/2020 implements Directive (EU) 2018/851 relating to waste and Directive (EU) 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste and amends D.lgs 152/2006 (Consolidated Environmental Law) and concerns the classification of packaging materials within the macro-categories of materials defined by Decision 97/129 / EC.
