FE

Description

The FE is a two-stage gas pressure regulator for low pressure equipped with integrated slam shut (OPSO), and optional excess flow valve (EFV) which enable UPSO and fire protection valve. It is particularly suitable for low pressure natural gas distribution networks for residential and commercial users.

It should be used with previously filtered non-corrosive gases including biomethane and natural gas blended with hydrogen.

FE is Hydrogen Ready for NG-H2 blending.

  • Connections: Inlet G 1/2” and outlet G 1” or G 3/4” according to ISO 228/1, other configurations or connections on request
  • Lock-up pressure class SG: 20
  • Safety accuracy class AG: 10
  • Design pressure: 8.6 bar
  • Inlet pressure: from 0.15 to 7 bar, on request 8.6 bar
  • Ambient temperature:
    • Standard version from -20°C to +60°C
    • Extended temperature version from -30°C to +60°C
    • Artic version from -40°C to +60°C
  • Minimum differential pressure: 0.15 bar FE6, 0.2 bar FE10, 0.3 bar FE25, 0.6 bar FES
  • Range of downstream pressure:
    • Wds from 13 to 180 mbar for BP, from 180 to 500 mbar for TR
    • Wdso from 35 to 299 mbar for BP, from 300 to 800 mbar for TR
  • Overflow trip: 110-170% of nominal flow rate
