Biokomp and CRYO INOX are now 100% part of the Pietro Fiorentini Group
12 January 2026 - CorporateBetween September and October 2025, the Pietro Fiorentini Group completed the acquisition of the minority stakes previously held by the former shareholders of Biokomp and CRYO INOX, bringing both companies fully under the Group’s ownership.
Biokomp, headquartered in the province of Vicenza, Italy, operates in the design and manufacture of compression and treatment plants for methane, biogas, biomethane, hydrogen, CO₂, and industrial process gases.
CRYO INOX, based in Barcelona, Spain, specializes in the production of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plants and CO₂ liquefaction systems through its ADD Synergy brand. The company offers scalable and modular solutions covering a wide range of applications, from biogas and biomethane plants to higher-capacity LNG facilities.
Through these acquisitions, the Group further strengthens its position in the renewable energy sector and expands the portfolio of solutions available to Italian and European customers, with strong prospects for further global expansion in the fields of methane compression and liquefaction.
