Natural gas is usually highly pressurized as it flows through transmission pipelines, but once it reaches the consumers, it needs to be brought up to the contractual specifications for delivery. This often means that in high pressure stations <\/strong>solids and liquids have to be filtered out, the pressure has to be reduced, and the gas may need to be preheated to compensate the cooling effect of the pressure reduction (Joule-Thomson effect). Moreover, the downstream consumers need to be protected for over-pressurization from the transmission line.
An accurate pressure control is the main contributor to the smooth flow of gas into transmission lines. The wide range of models allows to choose always the most suitable product for each application, because 80 years of experience in the field tell us that not all applications have the same maintenance and silent operations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
