This plan also fits in with the themes pursued by <a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/strategy-and-policy\/priorities-2019-2024\/european-green-deal\/repowereu-affordable-secure-and-sustainable-energy-europe_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">REPowerEU<\/a>, including energy security and clean energy production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biomethane plays a considerable role within this.
