ON-SITE FILLING SERVICE

A professional team, bearing all necessary qualifications and licences, takes care of filling the odorant tanks on site. Operations are carried out according to the safest standards specifically developed to prevent odour and liquid spilling. Accurate meters insure a precise measurement of delivered quantities. The central position of the Operation Center in the surroundings of Venice and near the main Italian highways, insures an effective service all over Europe.

ODORANT CONCENTRATION MONITORING

Having reliable data is the base of efficient operations. Through the Analysis service we can provide readings of the concentration of Odorant in the different part of the network facilitating the setting of optimal odorisaton rate at the source or deciding if additional injection points are necessary. All readings are carried out according to latest European standards through sophisticated portable instruments. The analysis certificate is a precious evidence that gas is properly detectable in any point of the network.

CARBON FILTERS HANDLING

Carbon filters usually installed in odorisaton systems, once saturated, are polluting elements in need of being properly handled to preserve the environment. A specific service takes care of the periodical replacement of the filters and of the treatment of the saturated ones.

AX DATA BOX

To optimise the operations of odorisaton system a complete range of automation tools under the family name of "AX DATA BOX" is available. Through "AX DATA BOX" it is possible to record all main data of the system and to create different level of automation depending on the operation needs. Level of odorant in the tanks, odorisation rate, actual gas flow rate, and all related statistic and accumulated values are, among all the others, then available at once. If connected to wired cable network or GSM / GPRS system all the data are readily available through publication on internet and alarming system directly on mobile phones, making access to the data faster and operations more cost effective.

TANKS RENTAL

Transportation and handling of odorant becomes easier and more practical if operated using standardised tanks, minimising the possibility of liquid spill during filling operations. To minimise the upfront investment in tanks a rental service is available. Maintenance of the tanks and all activities related to the compliance with pending regulations are included in the service. The service is the ideal solution to comply with obligation of law at minimum cost.

TANKS & VESSELS MAINTENANCE

A service specific for complying with directives requiring periodical testing every five years for all pressure vessels with capacity from 25 to 1500 litres. Tests consist in pickling, in checking the valves and replacing the nipples and then verifying the tightness. Through the service periodical tests every 30 months is carried out on stainless steel drums and IBCs of a capacity exceeding 1500 litres, Each inspection is certified by an approved third party. Additionally a service for l yearly maintenance service allowing to keep their drums in optimal condition is also available.

SUPPLY OF ODORANT

A complete range of odorant mediums of TBM and THT families or blends is available. Odorant can be supplied, for delivery and operation, in combination with any of the services we made available to insure a professional handling of the odorisaton systems. We are working together with gas utilities to improve the overall safety of the network. A professional team can guide in the optimal odorant choice as well as in the selection of the most suitable service depending on organisation, territory, customers concentration and quantities of gas delivered.

CAP - TAP Odorization integration service 

Too often in the branches of the gas reticulation system there is a need of odorant integration. Increasing the odorisaton rate at the source would result in an increase of odorant consumption and related operation costs. We developed a family of specific simplified mini odorisaton system with capacities ranging from 0,5 litres to 6 litres to be installed specifically on the pipe in need of odorant integration. The service includes the installation of the device, the regular refilling and the certification of the odorisaton rate after the installation of the device.
